Vision 


Our vision is that Sudden Sam becomes a beacon of support for those enduring the pain and confusion of sudden loss, ensuring  that no one faces the challenges of sudden death alone, thereby promoting healing, unity, and resilience within our community. 


Mission


Our mission is to ensure that, through support from Sudden Sam, families of loved ones who have died suddenly feel supported, both emotionally and financially and that the community, through public awareness, develop a greater understanding and empathy of their suffering.

Our Vision and Mission

  • To provide invaluable emotional support to individuals, families and groups of those suffering from sudden loss. Our goal is to ensure that those in need can access therapy promptly, without lengthy waiting lists, and without any financial barriers. 
  • To provide financial support for the relief of financial hardship related to sudden death. Our goal is to step in to bear the financial burden, covering costs associated with a loss, including but not limited to, funeral expenses, burials and headstones.
  • To provide practical guidance, information, and support on the process after a sudden death, including what to expect and when. 
  • To increase community awareness, understanding of, and empathy for, the suffering of suddenly-bereaved people and their support needs.

Sudden Sam's Newsletter

Every month, Sudden Sam sends out our newsletter via email to all of the people who subscribe. 


Our newsletter is a fantastic way of keeping up-to-date with our charity, including a summary of what we have done, as well as what is coming up.
