Sudden death is extremely traumatic for the loved ones left behind. You’re left in a state of utter shock, disbelief, deep sorrow and grief.

Counselling is a form of 'talk therapy'. It is a process where an individual meets with a professional in order to help process their emotions.
Small group counselling is also a form of talk therapy but, instead of an individual, it is for a small group of people, typically a family who are all grieving the same sudden loss of a loved one.
This is when a large group of people come together for emotional support. Sudden Sam aims to host various community events, such as coffee mornings focusing on bereavement, sudden loss, and trauma.
Andy Greeney is an experienced, qualified and talented trauma focused therapist. Andy is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and provides person-centred counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, and rewind therapy.
Jan Griffiths is an experienced, qualified and talented therapist. Jan has extensive experienced in sudden death and trauma related counselling.
Klara Sharples is an experienced, qualified and talented therapist. Klara is educated at university level and is registered with BACP. Klara has over 500 counselling hours under her belt.
